Criteria for Scan:

- Must be in the Dividend Aristocrats list (click link for definition)

- Volume > 100,000

- No ETFs

- Dividend Yield > 2%/year

- Market Cap > $5 Billion

- Positive Earnings (ie Profitable)

- Outperforming BOTH Industry & S&P over the last 2 Quarters

- Price is within 5% or more of the 200-Day Moving Average
